The rules for using AlibabaTrack, and what the site is — and is not — responsible for.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing AlibabaTrack you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
AlibabaTrack is a reference and tool hub for buyers importing from China. It provides shipment tracking, freight-planning calculators, customs and import guides, and a curated directory of marketplaces and service providers. It is not a freight forwarder, customs broker, buying agent, or carrier, and it does not itself book, carry, clear, or insure freight.
3. Informational content, no guarantee
Tools, duty rates, transit times, and de minimis thresholds are indicative reference values only. Trade rules, freight rates, and carrier schedules change frequently and vary by product and lane. Always confirm the current official schedule and the specifics with your provider, customs authority, or carrier before acting on a shipment. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of reference information.
4. Third-party links and providers
The site links to marketplaces (such as Alibaba.com, 1688, Taobao, Tmall, AliExpress) and to providers in our Partners and Resources directories. Those sites and services have their own terms and policies. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them; we are not a party to those transactions.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, tools, and other content on AlibabaTrack are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may read and reference them for your own use, but you may not reproduce, republish, or resell them without permission.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the tools or attempt to disrupt the site.
- Do not submit false, unlawful, or infringing content through forms or messages.
- Do not use the site to facilitate unlawful shipments, including restricted or prohibited goods in breach of applicable law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reference values will be accurate or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlibabaTrack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including any customs, freight, or compliance outcome of a shipment you organise.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the site evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [CONFIRM: jurisdiction], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
