Tracking Your Order
Every shipment should have one tracking number that follows it across carriers. Enter it in our tracking tool or the carrier site to see each checkpoint.
New numbers can take 2–5 days to activate after the supplier hands the parcel to the line. If it is still missing after a week, ask the supplier for the actual carrier name — the number format reveals it.
- YunExpress, 4PX, Yanwen for parcels.
- DHL, FedEx, UPS for express.
- Sea bills of lading use a different reference format.
